Pastry chef Károly Rózsa realized his dream - in an age which required quite a bit of courage in Hungary from individual entrepreneurs - and opened his tiny pastry shop with its own pastry shop in 1984, although with little capital but the more enthusiasm and dedication.
He wanted to make traditional products with carefully selected natural raw materials, as well as an original with the finest taste and premium quality.
Thanks to his enthusiasm and his three employees available to the small cake shop soon on several regular customers.
Over time, the business and especially the workshop was too small, so the company pulled back at the present location after marriage Gyula tér. A larger workshop enabled further options, as the company expanded with two own pastries and could even serve retailers with the pastry and ice. An international multi requested the pastry to suppliers, which saw the company as the highest commendation.
It was a big challenge to keep the high quality and the exclusive production of his own hand, despite the multiple increased production.
Nowadays pastry Rózsa and, with its 20 employees / inside and its modern machinery as one of the largest confectionery workshops of Szombathely and surrounding areas.
For years, the company deals with student training, the trainees now represent the new generation pastry chef.
